About Me

Hi, I’m Trevor Eisley — a certified meditation teacher, wellness coach, and father of two amazing boys.

Like many people, I didn’t come to meditation from a place of calm — I came to it because I was lost, overwhelmed, and searching for something to help me make sense of my life.

Nine years ago, I found myself as a stay-at-home dad — a role I hadn’t expected, and one that left me isolated, anxious, and under more stress than I knew how to handle. I was not okay. In the quiet chaos of those years, I stumbled into meditation. And slowly, that practice started to change everything.

At first, I explored mindfulness, breathwork, and Buddhist teachings on my own. I spent hours in silence, years in study, and countless moments simply observing my breath. Over time, I began guiding others — leading them through body scans, visualizations, and breath-based meditations. I fell in love with the work, and with the transformations I witnessed in those I had the honor to guide.

To deepen my knowledge and better serve others, I became certified in Mindfulness and Well-Being through Rice University. Then, in early 2025, I completed an intensive meditation teacher training with Johnny Pollard of 1 Giant Mind and Ritam Studios — a training that expanded my understanding and connected me more deeply to the wisdom of true teaching.

Today, I teach meditation and coach people through life’s challenges — helping them reconnect with who they really are beneath the noise and pressure of daily life. Whether you're brand new to meditation or seeking to go deeper, my goal is to create a grounded, welcoming space for healing, clarity, and growth.

My Approach

My work is designed for parents, professionals, and anyone navigating a busy life who feels the need to slow down, reconnect, and reclaim a sense of inner calm. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening an existing practice, you’re welcome here.

My teaching is non-dogmatic, rooted in the Vedic wisdom traditions, and always designed to meet you where you are. The techniques I share are simple, accessible, and profoundly effective — helping to restore balance and bring deep rest and repair to the nervous system.
