I help people find their way through all of it.
My work is grounded in meditation, coaching, nervous system regulation, and the practice of real, spiritual self-accountability. I’m certified as a 1 Giant Mind meditation teacher and in Mindfulness and Wellbeing through Rice University. But what matters most is that I walk with people through the hard stuff—the patterns we resist, the uncomfortable questions, the moments where it would be easier to turn away.
I’ve supported hundreds of people as they’ve moved through burnout, relationship tension, financial pressure, and life’s quieter, harder-to-name discontent. I’ve seen what’s possible when people choose to meet themselves fully—with honesty, with patience, and with courage.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember how to be with yourself again.
It’s about building the capacity to face what’s here, and to move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and ease.
